This really is a spectacular event with almost 1900 yachts taking part. Seeing the forest of masts on the start line as the sun rises, and with so many boats all in one place, is simply awesome and is an experience that everyone who sails should have.

We will be entering River Song, our Dufour 380, coded for 10. Members have the opportunity to be involved with the sailing as much or as little as they wish. Our Chief Instructor will be the skipper and our members will have a practice day on the Friday getting to know the ropes, the FlexiSail asymmetric, etc., with a group dinner in the evening, followed by the race on the Saturday.
